Associate Professor Wan Tinn Teh
A/Prof Teh is the co-Medical Director of Public Fertility Care at the Women’s. She is an Australian-trained fertility specialist and gynaecologist, holding a PhD from the University of Melbourne. Her main research focus is on in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and uterine receptivity.
With over two decades of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, A/Prof Teh is deeply commitment to research and teaching. Her accomplishments include her appointment as Clinical Associate Professor, receipt of multiple research grants and awards, successful supervision of students and trainees, and publication of her work in prestigious journals such as Nature Communications.

Associate Professor Kate Stern AO
A/Prof Stern is an Associate Professor of obstetrics and gynaecology at the University of Melbourne and the Women’s. She is the Head of Reproductive Services at the Women’s and is Clinical Director and Head of Clinical Research at Melbourne IVF. A/Prof Stern also co-chaired the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia’s Fertility Preservation Guidance Committee. Kate is a fertility specialist, gynaecologist, and reproductive endocrinologist, and her special interest is in medical fertility preservation. She was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to gynaecology, reproductive medicine, and fertility research in 2022.

Dr Genia Rozen
Dr Rozen is a fertility specialist and gynaecologist, and sub lead of the Fertility Preservation Service at the Women’s. She is a specialist in in vitro fertilisation (IVF), reproductive endocrinology, advanced minimally invasive fertility surgery, comprehensive fertility care, andrology and assisted reproductive technologies.
Dr Rozen has published her research widely in Australia and internationally and has authored guidelines on the assessment of uterine function after radiation therapy. She is a peer reviewer for numerous fertility, gynaecology and obstetrics journals and involved with assessing grant applications and developing medical guidelines associated with fertility care and treatments.
Research Manager
Associate Professor Sarah Holdsworth-Carson
A/Prof Sarah Holdsworth-Carson is the Research Manager of the Moyna Fox Fertility Research Centre. With a PhD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the University of Melbourne and an established track record in endometriosis and gynaecological research. Sarah has an established publication record in high-impact journals such as Nature, BMC Medicine, Human Reproduction, and Reproductive Sciences, contributing to advances in our understanding of endometrial biology.
Her leadership supports a collaborative environment across lab scientists, clinicians, research fellows and students, enabling high-impact outcomes for women’s reproductive health. In her role, Sarah oversees research strategy, governance, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the effective delivery of laboratory and clinical studies.
